Reliable Cloud Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled SRE and DevOps Engineer to join our AI Platform Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Spring framework, and DevOps practices.
- Support and scale AI platform services for global teams.
- Ensure secure, high availability of mission-critical systems.
- Troubleshoot and automate fixes for performance & functional issues.
- Partner with engineering teams to design CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Deliver automation and operational improvements for reliability and scalability.
The successful candidate will possess hands-on experience with microservices, including orchestration, service discovery, and APIs. Strong database skills across SQL and NoSQL databases are essential, as well as experience with low-latency, high-throughput web services.
Key Responsibilities- Service Reliability Engineering: Ensure the stability and performance of AI platform services, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
- DevOps Practices: Partner with engineering teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflow.
- Automation and Improvement: Deliver significant automation and operational improvements, enhancing the reliability and scalability of critical systems.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster excellent communication and collaboration skills, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
- Strong development experience in Java and Spring framework.
- Hands-on experience with microservices (orchestration, service discovery, APIs).
- Database expertise across SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis).
- Experience with low-latency, high-throughput web services.
- Familiarity with metrics systems (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Strong JVM debugging skills (GC tuning, memory leak detection, thread/heap analysis).
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, Linux fundamentals.
- Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins), automation, monitoring, and testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
