Supply Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead supply growth and manage on-ground operations across various cities. This pivotal role involves overseeing fleet acquisition & retention, collaborating with cross-functional teams (GTM, marketing, legal), and leading driver engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Bolstering supply in key cities
- Conducting customer satisfaction and passenger satisfaction activities, driver research, and survey activities
- Synching with cross-functional teams - GTM, marketing, legal, and grassroots teams
- Strategizing large fleets for acquisitions and retentions
- Analyzing market share and devising plans to enhance our footprint in the market
- Identifying and recruiting offline and online recruiters
- Negotiating with local authorities for effective supply management
- Developing strategies to onboard new and active drivers
- Taking ownership of innovative projects to drive brand recognition
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience managing large operational teams across different cities or regions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A deep understanding of the supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environment
