Job Overview

WaferWire Cloud Technologies specializes in delivering comprehensive cloud, data, and AI solutions through Microsoft's technology stack.

We excel in solution design encompassing application, data, and AI modernization, as well as infrastructure planning and migrations. Our operational readiness services ensure seamless DevOps, ML Ops, AI Ops, and Sec Ops implementation.

The role will be to provide high-quality technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) products. You will deliver exceptional digital support experiences, manage customer relationships, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including Finance (AP, AR, GL), Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Project Management & Accounting.
  • Analyze and resolve technically complex issues using debugging tools, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
  • Manage escalations and collaborate with Microsoft groups, including escalation and development teams, for critical issue resolution.
  • Demonstrate customer obsession by delivering efficient and value-driven support.
  • Act as a Microsoft ambassador by driving customer success and representing the organization professionally.
  • Provide proactive support by reporting software issues and advocating for product improvements.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and create technical content, including knowledge base articles, blogs, and training documents.
  • Share expertise through mentoring and delivering training sessions.

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, with expertise in functional modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and Inventory Management.
  • Knowledge of workflows, data management, financial reporting, security roles, and integration configurations.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with customer service and resolving technical issues.
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation and sharing knowledge through training and mentoring.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and technical communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a passion for lifelong learning.
