Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to tackle complex client issues and provide guidance to our team members as they address day-to-day operational challenges for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Problem-Solving Expertise: As a seasoned consultant, you will excel in problem-solving, offering innovative solutions to various client challenges.
- Mentorship and Team Support: You will play a crucial role in mentoring team members, offering guidance and insights to enhance their problem-solving capabilities for our clients.
- Consulting Lifecycle Involvement: Engage throughout the consulting lifecycle, contributing your expertise to different phases. This includes defining problems, proposing solutions, and actively participating in development, configuration, and deployment of comprehensive solutions.
- Business Process Consulting: Take a lead role in business process consulting, effectively defining problems and creating strategic solutions. Guide project teams, ensuring adherence to project processes and deliverables.
- Client Engagement and Training: Contribute to proposal development, client training, and project scoping, showcasing your expertise in shaping value-adding consulting solutions.
- Capability Building: Internally, aid in capability building, sharing insights and knowledge to enhance our team's skill set and ensure we stay ahead of the evolving global landscape.

Required:
- 4+ years implementing Microsoft D365 F&O or earlier versions
- 2+ years leading implementation/support teams
- Microsoft D365 FO Supply Chain module
- Post go-live customer support experience.
- Successfully implementing practical business solutions using industry best practices
- Implementation and support of Dynamics 365 module (AR, AP, Production Control, Master Planning, Product Information Management, etc.)
- Experience in Advance Warehouse / Warehouse Management is a strong plus
- Designing, configuring, and testing core Dynamics 365/AX Supply Chain modules
- Experience handling Phased Cutover implementations along with cutover planning
- Preparing Discovery Documents on various issues and functional specifications for customizations required for Dynamics 365 ERP implementations
- Leading Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and system walkthrough presentations showcasing Microsoft D365 FO's capabilities
