Job Opportunity:

A seasoned Test Lead is required to oversee Quality Assurance efforts for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in the Salesforce platform, including a deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities, workflows, and data models.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing comprehensive test strategies and test plans, defining test scope, creating detailed test cases, and ensuring thorough coverage across Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud functionalities, configurations, and data models.

 

In addition to these responsibilities, the Test Lead will manage and guide QA testers, provide mentorship, task allocation, and review of test deliverables, coordinate defect management activities, and oversee the execution of smoke, functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud implementations and integrations.

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding QA testers, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues under tight deadlines, solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of Quality Assurance efforts for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects
  • Definition of test scope, creation of detailed test cases, and guarantee of thorough coverage
  • Management and guidance of QA testers
  • Coordination of defect management activities
  • Oversight of smoke, functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing execution
  • Collaboration with business analysts, developers, and product owners

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in test planning, test case design, and execution
  • Hands-on experience with Quality Assurance and project management tools
