Strategic Financial Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to lead our financial planning processes for UK, US, and India regions.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business drivers and financial metrics who can partner closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate will assume end-to-end responsibility & ownership of management information packs prepared by their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive annual budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts that align with organizational goals.
  • Analyze and present financial results, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs, track performance, and drive operational efficiency, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies.
  • Conduct regular variance analysis comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets, identifying drivers and recommending corrective actions to maintain financial health.
  • Present high-quality financial reports and dashboards to support board meetings and executive reviews, showcasing key findings and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess business scenarios, investment opportunities, and risk analysis, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and systems to increase forecasting accuracy, automation, and efficiency, driving business agility and competitiveness.
  • Mentor and manage the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
