Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test software quality through automated testing, performance, load, and stress tests.
  • Develop test plans and cases based on user stories and specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and designers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
  • Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure test environments are set up correctly.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Track key quality metrics and provide regular updates on test results and defect trends.
  • Implement process improvements and promote best practices in software quality assurance.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating resources and guidance for end-users.
  • Conduct security testing and ensure product compliance with industry standards.
Experience:
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Playwright.
  • Proven track record in creating and executing test plans and strategies.
  • Experience in performance, load, and stress testing.
  • Familiarity with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Background in defect management and root cause analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 4-7 years of relevant testing experience.
