Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate

Key Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Associate to drive excellence, deliver results, and elevate client satisfaction. This role involves daily collaboration with clients, supporting business activities, and contributing to the development of programs that improve the overall end-user experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review and audit reported quality incidents, voice interactions with clients, end-users, and order placement fulfillment processes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and contribute to the development of programs that elevate the patient/client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to maintain efficient operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Critical Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working in Tier 1 Indian BPO companies as business process improvement and support functions for quality monitoring.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead client sessions, troubleshooting sessions, and manage support-related group meetings.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and experience handling US-based clients, their end-users, and interacting with industry-famous help desk support center portals like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams channels.
