Senior Data Strategist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Data Strategist to lead our data-driven initiatives and drive business growth through data analysis and strategy development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Strategy Development: Design, develop, and implement data-driven strategies to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Machine Learning/AI Expertise: Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems and improve operational efficiency.
  • Cloud Computing: Leverage cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) to design, build, and deploy scalable and secure data architectures.
  • API Development: Expose solutions as API endpoints using ASGI frameworks (FastAPI) to enable seamless integration with other systems.
  • MLOps Tools: Utilize MLOps tools (Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow) to build orchestration pipelines, enable model versioning, and track model performance.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in machine learning/deep learning with a fully technical background.
  • Experience focused on production projects only, with no capstone or internet-based projects.
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one of the Deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries (NLTK, SpaCy, Huggingface transformers).
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI models and their architectures.
  • Familiarity with at least one of the two cloud platforms - Azure or AWS.
  • Proficiency in exposing the solutions as API endpoints using ASGI frameworks such as FastAPI.
  • Experience with development tools such as Git and version control.
  • Experience deploying the solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools like Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow, etc., to build orchestration pipelines and enable model versioning and tracking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
