DevOps Architect Lead

We are looking for a seasoned DevOps professional to spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of DevOps solutions across diverse enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical expertise, hands-on execution capability, and strategic thinking to drive DevOps transformation, streamline delivery pipelines, and ensure infrastructure scalability, security, and reliability.

You will work across bespoke applications as well as platforms like Salesforce and SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of DevOps solutions, ensuring they meet organizational needs while optimizing performance and security.
  • Design scalable, secure, and resilient DevOps architectures tailored to organizational needs across custom and enterprise platforms.
  • Conduct DevOps maturity assessments and define strategic roadmaps to advance DevOps capabilities.
  • Rationalize DevOps toolsets and standardize architecture patterns for automation, integration, and monitoring.
  • Integrate pipelines with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow for seamless change, release, and incident management.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve pipeline performance and reliability through tooling, configuration, and process enhancements.

Technical Requirements:

  • Cloud Infrastructure & IaC - Design and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
  • Support multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments with an automation-first mindset.
  • Define and implement observability frameworks (metrics, logging, tracing) to enable proactive monitoring and faster incident resolution.
  • Guide SRE practices and establish standards for performance monitoring and alerting.
  • Embed security practices directly into pipelines and infrastructure workflows, including static/dynamic code scans, compliance checks, and policy enforcement.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure DevOps aligns with regulatory requirements.

  • Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code frameworks.
  • Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
  • Experience integrating DevOps pipelines with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Understanding of DevOps for both custom applications and packaged platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
