Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound & Outbound Calls:

Handle incoming calls from customers to address queries, provide product/service information, or resolve issues.

Make outbound calls to customers for follow-up, feedback, or to promote products/services.

Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

You will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving skills and time management abilities are also essential in this role.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. You will be based in our office location. We offer flexible working arrangements, including remote working options, to support your work-life balance.
