We're seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Property Deal Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our property investment company, you will play a crucial role in evaluating property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

Your primary responsibility will be to review deals, calculate returns, check refurbishment estimates, and ultimately decide whether deals stack, which means your analysis will directly impact real-money decisions.

This is a secure, full-time remote role that offers the opportunity to work with a respected UK property investment company, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, logic, and constant improvement.

  • Analysing residential and commercial property deals
  • Reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent PDFs, and other key documents
  • Calculating key figures: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
  • Using and maintaining our deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Producing written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting your work
  • Taking ownership of your analysis — your calls matter
  • Listening to feedback and improving with every deal you review
  • Updating deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Love working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking
  • Have experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Understand terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Are meticulous — you check your work three times, not once
  • Can handle important decisions under pressure
  • Welcome feedback and constantly aim to improve
  • Have strong integrity — you're careful because the numbers matter
