Job Opportunity: Senior Program Manager
The role of a Senior Program Manager at our organization involves overseeing the implementation of initiatives that align with the objectives of key government departments. You will be responsible for fostering seamless communication between these departments and our organization.
Your primary focus will be on policy implementation, research, and analytical work to enhance the effectiveness of our programs. Approximately 70% of your time will be spent working closely with government departments, utilizing your skills to strategically improve program outcomes. The remaining 30% will be dedicated to fieldwork, where you will visit districts to monitor program launches, engage with local stakeholders, and strengthen on-ground efforts.
This role requires an individual with strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and collaborative working skills. You will need to navigate complex policy environments and maximize the impact of our work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders within government departments.
- Liaise effectively with key departmental stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and collaboration.
- Establish and maintain clear communication channels to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, changes, and ground-level challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, Education, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in project management, public policy, or program implementation, preferably in the education or child development sectors.
- Proven experience working with government departments or in a liaison role, particularly within the education or social sectors.
- Experience in fieldwork, with a strong understanding of on-ground program implementation and stakeholder engagement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials and other stakeholders.
