Culinary Team Member

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires strong knife handling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in any kitchen section. You should have good food knowledge and understanding of culinary terms, as well as the ability to read, understand, and prepare company recipes.
Furthermore, you should be able to manage tasks effectively, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to Public Health standards. Additionally, you should be punctual and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Skill Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in upscale hotels or cruise ships with 2 years as a Line Cook.
- Culinary school degree required.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Superior customer service and teambuilding skills.
- Knowledge of personalized services principles.
- Intermediate computer software skills.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Internal Candidate Requirements:
- Completion of one contract as Commis Cook with satisfactory performance and demonstrated leadership skills.
