Performance Marketing Executive Opportunity

As a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our digital marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute paid advertising strategies across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop, implement, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to maximize ROI and drive conversions.
  • Keyword Research and Targeting: Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to ensure campaign effectiveness and optimal ad placement.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor daily performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize for clicks, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Ad Creative Development: Design, test, and iterate ad creatives, copies, and formats to improve performance and enhance user engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with design and content teams to ensure ads align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights to inform future strategy and decision-making.

To succeed in this role, you should have hands-on experience in running campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring maximum ROI on ad spends. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is required, along with 1-3 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising.

  • Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
