Job Description

As a Power BI developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports that provide business users with actionable insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into BI solutions, and ensure that data is accurate and consistent.

  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business user needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Model and transform data from ERP systems and production databases.
  • Integrate and manage data from various sources ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain data models and DAX measures to support analytical requirements.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Power BI reports and data refresh schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar BI role.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query.
  • Experience working with SQL databases and writing complex queries.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes preferably in the construction chemicals industry.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems used in manufacturing e.g. SAP Oracle.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
