Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing data from various sources and providing critical insights to support business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation. They will design and develop reports using reporting tools, including postpaid and prepaid customer analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure campaign performance using metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth for both postpaid and prepaid segments.
  • Build regular dashboards and publish performance summaries.
  • Provide recommendations to improve customer experience and develop campaign strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector, preferably related to the customer lifecycle and/or Business Intelligence.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with data analysis tools, particularly SQL, Excel, and big data queries. Experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in campaigns, CRM, or customer-facing domains, and experience with customer lifecycle and campaign processes in large companies.
  • Ability not only to generate reports but also to define metrics, interpret data, and develop strategies accordingly.
