Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric individual to fill the role of Care Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our exquisite jewellery collections.

The successful candidate will be able to make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote jewellery products and generate sales. They will also be expected to understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery items based on their preferences and budget.

  • Provide detailed product information, including materials, designs, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally, ensuring excellent service and accurate information.
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system after each interaction.
  • Follow up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
  • Resolve customer issues or concerns related to orders, deliveries, or products promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Graduate or diploma holder (preferred in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields).
  • Proven experience in customer service, telesales, or a retail sales role (jewellery industry experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work towards and meet sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems and basic computer skills.
