Job Title: Solutions Architect LeadOverview:The Solutions Architect Lead will be responsible for ensuring the availability, stability and performance of FNZ datacentres, platforms and corporate systems. The role involves managing AIX servers, SAN and storage arrays, backup and replication technologies, and high availability solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure uptime SLAs are met every month for systems that you are responsible for.
  • Monitor system performance, capacity and growth; suggest and implement performance improvements and hardware/software refreshes.
  • Implement security projects, complete risk assessments and build guides for new and existing systems.
  • Ensure regular backups are made and tested; participate in yearly BCP & DR tests.
 Organisational Design:This position is part of the Infrastructure department and reports to the Infrastructure Head. Team Responsibilities:The team is responsible for administering and managing all development, UAT, pre-production, production and DR environments as well as internal corporate IT systems. Core Values:

 Requirements:
  • Degree qualified or equivalent industry certifications and experience.
  • AIX operating system administration skills.
  • Knowledge of automation scripting.
