Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Process Improvement Manager to drive efficiency and reduce waste in our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will support and facilitate strategic process improvement projects to optimize facility utilization, workflow organization, and collaboration with colleagues.

Your primary objective will be to implement lean methods to enhance productivity and quality. You will lead and influence teams through education and communication, promoting a change in methodology that drives results. Partnerships with business stakeholders at all levels will help identify high-impact improvement opportunities and track project results to ensure sustained improvements.

To succeed in this role, you will have 4-7 years of experience, with at least 3 years of LEAN & Six Sigma experience. Black Belt Certification is advantageous. Strong business sense, facilitation skills, analytical techniques, and excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. Proficiency in various tools such as Kanban, 5S, visual management, Poka-Yoke methods, VSM, and pull systems is required.

This role requires a strong command of spoken and written English, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proven team leadership skills, result-oriented behavior, and a hunger for greater results. Regular travel may be required.
