Job Title: GDS Travel Process Specialist - Chennai Location

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in Chennai as a GDS Travel Process Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Global Distribution System (GDS) and a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and utilize various computer screens effectively to provide excellent customer service
  • Interface with customers, clients, and vendors, escalating areas of concern to supervisory staff
  • Attend training sessions to enhance client and customer satisfaction, client information, and job performance
  • Adhere to company and specific Contact Center policies and procedures
  • Complete assigned work by Management

Requirements:

  • 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate or Diploma certification
  • Ticketing experience or experience working with airlines under GDS (minimum of 1 year)
  • Strong knowledge of Global Distribution System (GDS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Basic Computer Knowledge
  • GDS- Amadeus-Apollo-Pegasus-Sabre-Worlds pan-Galileo- knowledge preferred

Salaries: Upto 6LPA
