Senior Business Development Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned business development executive to drive growth and expansion in the ELV industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our presence in the ELV market.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6+ years in ELV systems, security solutions, or infrastructure projects.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, fire alarm, networking, BMS, and other ELV solutions.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance.
  • Business Acumen: Experience in P&L management and strategic planning.
