Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Client Finance and Accounting professional to join our team in this key role.

You will be responsible for the financial services scope and responsibility defined in the Property Management Services agreement with clients. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Submit monthly MIS & Reports as per SLAs to respective stakeholders
  • Prepare and submit Monthly MMR reports taking input from each department
  • Add daily reports In DMR in Overview
  • Track, assign, and close PPM in evolution
  • Manage imprest at site
  • Coodinate with EM for maintaining various trackers maintained at site
  • Coordinate with various section heads for following up on closing pending Complaints and preparing reports for delay in closing
  • Maintain records of communication with external bodies and monitor them for reminders on a case-by-case basis
  • Perform any other tasks/responsibilities assigned by management from time to time

Reporting:

You will report directly to the Operations Manager.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent analytical and meticulous skills. You should have a strong attention to detail and sound accounting and financial management knowledge. Additionally, you should be able to collate information into the system and maintain it in record books.

Qualifications:

A degree or diploma in a relevant field with a minimum 2-3 years of work experience is required.
