We are seeking a skilled and professional Telecaller Cum Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to effectively interact with clients, and possess basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Interaction: Engage with clients via phone calls to understand their needs and preferences.
- B2B Co-ordination: Coordinate with businesses to build relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Database Building: Create and maintain databases of potential clients and delegates.
- Invitation of Delegates: Invite delegates to events and meetings to promote products or services.
- Basic Computer Knowledge: Use computers to perform tasks such as data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent Oral Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal communication skills in English language.
- Database Building Skills: Ability to create and maintain databases of potential clients and delegates.
- Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with basic computer applications and tools.
