Risk Management Specialist

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading large-scale projects encompassing the entire gamut of SOX, from conceptualization to implementation. This includes crafting and documenting processes, evaluating internal controls, ensuring financial reporting reliability, and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and allocate resources
- Lead small teams in assignments and staff members
- Experience in SOX and audit engagements
- Ability to craft and assess process and controls, drive improvements
- Service delivery experience, team handling, and work with all levels of staff and supervision of team members
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of technical platforms and risk management practices
- Ability to address queries on SOX and audit issues
Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant/Auditor with one or more degrees like CA, CPA, CIA, MBA
- Proven experience in internal and/or external audit, process re-engineering, process reviews, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, Finance function or risk management function at a Top Corporate
- Experience in SOX projects
- PC skills, including Word, Excel, Visio
