Project Delivery Manager

The Project Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects across multiple business verticals, ensuring effective management of resources, schedules, and quality standards while adhering to global project management controls and governance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex projects with complete accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, allocate resources, establish timelines, and set communication and testing strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of initiatives from initiation to closure, monitoring progress and preparing reports on milestones and key metrics.
  • Analyze project economics, providing insights on cost-benefit and ROI.
  • Proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies, driving corrective actions.
  • Oversee acquisition and management of project resources, materials, and tools.
  • Deliver progress reports, proposals, and executive presentations.
  • Drive process improvements and promote efficiency, automation, and best practices.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of core project management experience in cross-functional environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Information Technology knowledge is required in advanced level.
  • Mandatory certification: PMP (Project Management Professional).
