Job Title: Ivr Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Ivr test engineer to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, execute and automate complex functional and regression test scenarios to ensure seamless interactions between systems.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans that cover all critical inter-system integration points.
  • Lead initiatives of high complexity and risk; manage multiple projects simultaneously; provide insights on improving QA processes.
  • Review and provide feedback on requirements, technical designs, and specifications through user story refinement sessions.
  • Design and implement test plans, test data requirements, test scenarios, test cases, test results, test strategy, and test summary reports leveraging user stories and business requirements.
  • Conduct both manual and automated testing.
  • Understand defect workflows, agile methodologies, and customer experience concerns.
  • Manage test artifacts and approval processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of quality assurance experience in the software industry, including creating test plans, test cases, tracking defects, and reporting status.
  • Experience testing omni-channel solutions, natural language processing, conversational AI, and cognitive technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.
  • Knowledge and experience testing software applications in the healthcare industry.
