Artwork Operations Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in artwork coordination and project management to drive operational efficiency and excellence. As an Artwork Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and delivery of high-quality artworks that meet our stringent brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Artwork Management: Coordinate and manage the process of making changes to existing artworks or creating new artworks based on internal stakeholder or client requirements.
  • Project Management: Develop and maintain a detailed schedule to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights, developing interactive reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
  • Dashboard Optimization: Optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for improved performance, usability, and accessibility, identifying opportunities for automation and standardization.
  • Artwork Review: Review change requests to determine feasibility, accuracy, and alignment with company guidelines, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure clear communication throughout the artwork change process.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, resolving any issues or discrepancies.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of artworks change requests, approvals, and related communication, generating reports on project progress and status.
Requirements:
  • Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, with PMP/CAPM/Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in artwork coordination or similar roles, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of graphic design principles, color theory, typography, and branding, as well as Pharma Supply Chain Setup and associated functional roles and responsibilities.
  • Power BI: Strong knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, DAX formulas, and visualization best practices, with relevant certifications desirable.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Organizational Abilities: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
