Job Title: Automation Expert
We're seeking a skilled Automation Expert to design, build and manage intelligent automation workflows across our enterprise ecosystem. This is a dynamic role that involves creating, optimizing and managing end-to-end automation processes using tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere, integrated with Power Automate and Cloud Flows for cloud-based automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop custom connectors and integrations to third-party tools via RPA HTTP actions, Power Automate connectors and REST APIs.
  • Configure SharePoint as a backend for structured and versioned data storage.
  • Implement logic for prompt-triggered AI output generation, approvals and publishing workflows, enhanced by Copilot Studio for conversational orchestration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and building flows with Power Automate (cloud) and Microsoft CoPilot Studio.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online libraries and lists for storing structured data.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing Microsoft Adaptive Cards with CoPilot Studio, form inputs and dynamic Teams message-based workflows for data collection and UI customization.
