Job Title: Plant HR Generalist

We are a rapidly growing company that's revolutionizing the battery manufacturing industry with cutting-edge technology and a people-focused culture.

This is a dynamic solo HR role, supporting both blue-collar and white-collar employees, to manage end-to-end Human Resources functions at our plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: End-to-end recruitment for all plant-level roles (blue-collar & staff), conducting employee onboarding and induction sessions.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Addressing grievances of workmen and staff, driving employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities, maintaining healthy industrial relations with contract workers and unions (if applicable).
  • Payroll & Compliance: Coordinating with finance/vendor for timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing statutory returns, inspections, and audits.
  • HR Operations: Maintaining employee records, attendance, leave management, preparing HR MIS reports on a regular basis, handling documentation related to offer letters, confirmation, separation, etc.
  • Performance & Training: Supporting performance management processes, identifying training needs and organizing skill development sessions.
Requirements:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Plant HR functions (preferably in a manufacturing setup).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
