Job Overview:

A successful Performance Marketer will lead the charge in driving lead generation for SMBs in North America through expert Google Ads campaign management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own campaign performance and guarantee hitting lead and sales KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless alignment and landing page optimization.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess Google Ads Certification and experience operating Performance Max campaigns for SMBs.
  • Have a strong grasp of North American SMB segments and customer behavior patterns.
  • Be able to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign setup for optimal performance.
  • Demonstrate expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and scalable budget allocation.
  • Excel in communication, possess strong English proficiency, and take ownership of results.
