Job Title: Portfolio Legal Manager

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Legal Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional to utilize their skills and experience in managing corporate banking matters and court cases in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Corporate Banking Matters: The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to corporate banking matters, including drafting knowledge and experience in handling cases related to Magistrate DRT High Court, City Civil Court, and other related courts.
  • Legal Proceedings: The candidate should be well-versed in English for drafting and liaisoning with lawyers and attending courts. They should also be familiar with Arbitration, DRT, Civil recovery cases, SARFAESI Legal Proceedings, and Banking recovery matters from defaulters.
  • Office Work and Travel: The job involves office work, travelling to lawyers' offices, courts, customer visits, maintaining legal MIS, and travelling to out locations for legal work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree Level: Bachelor's Degree
  • LLB: The candidate should have done LLB and have experience in attending corporate banking matters and courts in Mumbai.
  • Arbitration: The candidate should be fluent with Arbitration, DRT, Civil recovery cases, SARFAESI Legal Proceedings, and Banking recovery matters from defaulters.
