As a Quality Engineering Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the execution of software quality assurance activities aligns with project requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain transparency through daily reporting and facilitate collaboration among test pods, developers, analysts, and business users.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of Software Testing Concepts, STLC, and SDLC processes with a Shift-Left approach. They should have proven experience in coordinating test execution activities within complex projects, ideally in the financial, digital banking domain. Additionally, they should be proficient in using test management tools, defect tracking systems, and have hands-on experience with test case preparation, test case execution, and quality reporting.

This is a role for individuals who are highly organized, proactive in communication, and passionate about operational excellence in testing. They should be able to read and query databases using SQL, scripting experience is a plus. They should also be skilled at reviewing system logs or crash reports to support root cause analysis.
