Job Title: Business Strategy Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to drive strategic business initiatives and shape our organization's strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of Investment Banking and capital markets to assess opportunities, risks, and deal structures.
  • Participate in daily business meetings to review developments and progress.
  • Provide regular reports on ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.
  • Advise on structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions.
  • Support decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and capital raising activities.
  • Ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Asset Reconstruction, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
  • Proven track record in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory.
  • Strong professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prior experience working with boards or senior stakeholders in a strategic capacity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment.
