Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging graphics, short animated videos, GIFs, and product explainers
  • Edit videos and craft compelling visual narratives
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline design and motion workflows
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, branding, and storytelling initiatives
  • Contribute to large-scale brand projects—from rebranding exercises to introducing new product identities
  • Take initiative to conceptualize and execute design-led projects, not just produce assets
  • Explore innovative formats and design ideas that redefine how a fintech brand presents itself in the market

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated skills in design fundamentals (typography, layout, color)
  • Passion for animation, motion graphics, and video editing
  • Familiarity with AI design tools (Runway, Pika, MidJourney, Figma plugins, etc.)
  • High intent and ownership—willing to drive ideas from concept to final output
