The role of Brand Experience Designer & Visual Storyteller at our company involves crafting the visual identity and storytelling voice seen by thousands across platforms. This ownership role goes beyond managing social media – you will shape the brand's look, tone, and engagement strategy.
Key responsibilities include designing the visual language, including logos, typography, color systems, brand guidelines, and digital product UI/UX. Additionally, you will lead creation of content for Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms, as well as plan and execute creative campaigns that boost brand resonance and community growth worldwide.
You will work closely with founders and product teams to ensure brand consistency and purposeful storytelling. You will also monitor campaign performance and optimize content for maximum engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 2–4 years experience in brand design, digital marketing, or social media content creation (startup experience a plus)
- Strong graphic design skills using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic video editing
- Deep understanding of digital storytelling and creator economy aesthetics
- Experience with AI design and content generation tools to supercharge creativity
- Portfolio showcasing branding, campaign materials, social content, and product design
- Excellent written English; Hindi or multilingual skills a plus
- Proactive, independent, and ready to take ownership in a fast-moving environment
- Work remotely with flexible hours and collaborative sessions
