Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations professional to manage client relationships and develop strategic marketing plans for Entertainment clients.

  • Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients with confidence and maturity.
  • Serve as the primary representative of the firm to clients, media, and vendor partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and media contacts.
  • Take full ownership of client accounts, ensuring you are fully informed on all relevant client details.

The successful candidate will also handle media interactions, prepare pitch notes, and proactively monitor opportunities for client placements. They will review and finalize all client documentation, including press releases, plans, and reports, in collaboration with their supervisor.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and insights through various channels.
  • Stay well-informed about industry developments that impact clients and use this knowledge to enhance client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media & Influencer Relations: Represent both the client and the firm in all interactions with media and influencers.
  • Digital & Social Media: Demonstrate a strong understanding of visual communications, social media, and the digital landscape, integrating these channels into client programs effectively.
  • Partnerships: Identify and pursue opportunities for client partnerships, sponsorships, and events on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in PR preferably in the Entertainment industry
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Knowledge of the local market and media landscape
