We seek a creative and dynamic Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencer Identification and Partnership: Identify, connect, and build long-term relationships with relevant influencers and content creators.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Negotiation and Collaboration: Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers. Coordinate with internal teams (social media, content, design) for campaign execution.
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis: Track, measure, and analyze influencer campaign performance to ensure ROI.
  • Industry Research and Staying Up-to-Date: Stay updated on influencer trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities.
  • Influencer Database Management: Maintain a database of influencers and partnership opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creativity and Passion: Creative mindset with a passion for social media trends and influencer culture.
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with influencer marketing tools is a plus.
