**Job Details:** We are seeking a talented and experienced Presales professional to join our team. As a Solution Engineer, you will work closely with Sales teams to navigate territories and foster productive relationships with prospects and existing customers.
You will lead outcome-driven conversations to deeply understand and define customer business requirements during discovery calls. Your ability to innovate and build new solutions using out-of-the-box thinking will be essential in driving digital transformation.
**Key Requirements:** A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in the IT Industry, either pre-sales or implementation of customer engagement solutions, supporting the sales cycle in selling CRM or high-value business solutions. Strong focus and experience in pre-sales or implementation are required.
