As a skilled architectural professional, this role involves taking ownership of high-scale projects and leading teams through concept design, execution, and quality assurance.

  • Develop innovative design concepts, detailed drawings, and presentation materials that showcase the project's vision.
  • Collaborate closely with senior architects to manage project timelines and ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Communicate effectively with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and resolve technical issues.
  • Prepare and review construction documents, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure projects meet required standards.
  • Review shop drawings and material submittals during the construction phase, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
  • Contribute to design discussions, providing creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders across all project stages to maintain transparency and cooperation.
  • Work on large-scale developments, applying expertise to bring projects to life.
  • Present design ideas and manage technical detailing, showcasing skills as a proficient Project Architect.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture from a recognized institution.
  • 3–4 years of professional experience working in an Architectural Design Firm.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, and other presentation tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Leadership qualities to mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support for their growth.
