Job Title:

Distribution Leader for Investment Products

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive UHNW and HNW client acquisition with tailored wealth management strategies.
  • Promote large portfolios including PMS, AIF, bonds, mutual funds, and other investment products.
  • Build relationships with clients, understand their financial goals, and position our offerings as optimal solutions.
  • Develop sales strategy to expand the business leveraging personal networks and market intelligence.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as primary point of contact for UHNW clients ensuring an exceptional experience.
  • Provide timely solutions to client queries and concerns, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Regularly meet clients to review portfolios, discuss market trends, and suggest adjustments.
  • Cross-sell financial products to existing clients maximizing business opportunities.
Team Leadership & Expansion:
  • Develop, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of relationship managers and client servicing professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative, client-centric team culture ensuring each member delivers exceptional service.
  • Actively recruit and onboard additional team members to scale the business.
Investment Product Expertise:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of various financial products such as PMS, AIFs, bonds, and mutual funds.
  • Stay updated with developments in the stock market including trading strategies and new investment products.
  • Have hands-on experience with stock market trading including an understanding of algorithmic trading.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in wealth management, financial product distribution, or stock market sales.
  • Proven track record in selling large portfolios, AIF tickets, and managing high-value relationships.
  • Expertise in various financial products such as PMS, AIF, bonds, mutual funds, and experience with stock market investments and algo trading.
