Job Description

We're seeking an Experienced Lead Analyst to help support and drive a large, growing book of work aligned to the Retail Banking sector.

The successful candidate will contribute to revenue growth and innovation in their domain, ensuring successful project completion with experience and flexibility.

This role requires a proactive, curious and diligent individual—a systematic and articulate problem solver who will play a key role in delivering high-quality results for clients.

  • Deliver end-to-end client projects, including data collection, analysis and synthesis of large qualitative and quantitative datasets to build strategic insights
  • Interpret market and industry trends to identify patterns, extract insights and highlight emerging opportunities
  • Lead client and internal meetings effectively; address client questions/queries using data and content expertise
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored, insight-driven solutions through proprietary tools, rigorous analysis and customized reports or presentations
  • Work with case teams as part of BCG case engagements
  • Ensure client and case team satisfaction and timely project delivery
  • Drive new ideas and work independently with limited guidance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to sustain and grow the program's membership base
  • Act as a senior member in the team and take oversight and line management responsibility for junior team members
