**Job Title:** Studio Operations Associate

Roundglass is seeking an organized and proactive individual to support our creative team in India. As a key member of the studio, you will work closely with Creative Leads to ensure project efficiency and quality.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in studio production coordination or management, preferably within a creative or media environment. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential for fostering a collaborative studio environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Budget Management: Create and manage production budgets to meet financial constraints.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate resources and timelines to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
  • Dashboard Maintenance: Maintain the studio dashboard, listing all project details and providing timely updates to stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Resource Management: Evaluate resourcing needs and recommend appropriate staffing solutions for studio requests.
  • Creative Partnership: Collaborate with the team to develop production strategies that support the creative vision.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition: Assist in recruiting and hiring talent to meet project demands.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain a strong vendor database to support production.
  • Priority Setting: Define and communicate production priorities clearly to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Crew & Talent Management: Oversee crew and talent coordination as needed.
  • Legal Compliance: Work closely with the legal team to develop and execute production agreements and talent release forms.
  • Invoice Management: Ensure accurate invoicing and timely submission to the Finance team.
  • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and develop solutions to mitigate potential production challenges.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 8-10 years of experience in studio production coordination or management.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and budgeting software (MS Excel and Smartsheet).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong troubleshooting and crisis management skills.
