We are currently seeking a skilled professional with comprehensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). The ideal candidate should possess strong backend skills in workflow development and be proficient in using JavaScript/TypeScript to control form behavior and business logic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize D365 CE model-driven app forms, views, and ribbons to meet business and user experience needs.

• Develop client-side scripts using JavaScript/TypeScript to control form behavior and business logic.

• Debug and optimize front-end performance in D365 CE environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and web resources in D365 CE.

• Expertise in customizing D365 CE forms, business rules, and command bars.

• Familiarity with Dataverse schema, form events, and web resources.
