Infrastructure Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our global team as an Infrastructure Operations Specialist. This role involves ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our technological infrastructure, guaranteeing Beam Wallet services are always available and running at maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor servers (Linux, Windows, cloud and on-premise) to maintain high availability and scalability.
  • Administer environments in AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, focusing on automation and optimization.
  • Implement, maintain, and monitor security systems, backups, and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity.
  • Automate administration tasks through scripting and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor networks, firewalls, VPNs, and traffic to ensure connectivity and security.
  • Conduct periodic audits on performance, security, and compliance, including PCI DSS.
  • Integrate and maintain monitoring solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Zabbix.
  • Collaborate with development, support, and security teams to optimize operations and improve overall system reliability.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (not mandatory if experience is proven).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server.
  • Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of network protocols, DNS, Load Balancers, and other critical infrastructure components.
  • Experience with automation scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform).
  • Knowledge of system security and compliance principles.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience in blockchain and Web3 technologies.
  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, RHCSA, CompTIA Security+.
  • Experience in FinTech or digital payments environments.
