As a skilled technical professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our enterprise-grade billing applications.

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Support Engineer with expertise in supporting and developing cutting-edge billing systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting complex applications such as IAS, IBS+, IBBR, and IBPS written in IBM Informix 4GL, Java, Jasper, C#, and VB.NET.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and support high-performance billing applications.
  • Work on ServiceNow tickets – incident, request, and change management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly.
  • Write and optimize code in various programming languages including IBM Informix 4GL, Java, C#, VB.NET, and Shell scripting.
  • Ensure seamless execution of build and run activities.
  • Provide expert support for billing-related processes and systems.
  • Participate in on-call standby support on weekends or EU business hours as required.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong coding ability in multiple programming languages.
  • Experience in troubleshooting Informix errors.
  • Prior experience in billing applications and thorough understanding of billing workflows.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting large-scale enterprise applications.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including rotational EU time zone coverage.
Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Certifications in Java, Informix, or related technologies would be highly beneficial.
