Job Title: Visual Content Creator

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and talented professional to design and develop innovative visual content that meets business goals.

  • Work on various deliverables like illustrations, property brochures/flyers, catalogues & booklets, banners, posters & billboards
  • Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organisational standards and brand expectations
  • Prioritise and manage multiple projects within design specifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage in-house Magazines & Newspaper ads
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts which include backdrops, yard signs, letterheads, billboard, posters, and other graphics
  • Video Editing and creating brand videos and corporate presentations
  • Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software to ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to create expressive graphics producing high-quality designs for the company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
  • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, such as Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Computer fluency in Mac and PC and Typography knowledge
