Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Manufacturing Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations and a proven track record of driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our manufacturing processes remain competitive.

Requirements:

8-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations.Proven track record of driving process improvements and increasing efficiency.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with TPM, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
