We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
Identify and target potential B2B clients in the electrical industry through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and leveraging industry networks.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads within the geographical region.
**Client Relationship Management**:
Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in electrical and manufacturing businesses.
Understand client needs and business challenges to provide tailored solutions using our electrical appliances and parts.
**Solution Presentation and Technical Demonstrations**:
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations showcasing the technical features and benefits of our electrical products.
Articulate how our solutions address the specific needs and challenges of B2B clients in the electrical industry.
**Sales Negotiation and Contract Closure**:
Develop and present proposals that align with the client's objectives and technical requirements.
Negotiate terms and close contracts, ensuring a mutually beneficial solution for both parties.
**Market Intelligence**:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in the electrical appliances and parts sector.
Provide insights and recommendations to adapt sales strategies based on technical advancements.
**Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**:
Collaborate on strategies to enhance product features and meet evolving client needs.
**Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
**Customer Service and Satisfaction**:
Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, addressing technical inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
**Experience**:
Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience.
**Communication Skills**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client engagement and technical presentations.
**Results-driven**:
Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
**Adaptability**:
Ability to adapt to different client needs and industry changes.
**Willingness to Travel**:
Must be willing to travel within the designated region to meet clients and attend industry events.
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
