About This Role

In this role, you'll have complete ownership of the PPC lifecycle, from strategy to scaling and growth. You'll be responsible for building a world-class growth engine that drives revenue and solidifies our position as an industry leader.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies that drive business goals and objectives.
  • Manage large-scale PPC budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Analyze landing pages and architect tightly-themed campaign structures that match user intent.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Google Ads features and best practices, applying them to drive competitive advantage.
What We're Looking For
  • A proven track record as a strategist and practitioner, with a portfolio of personally architecting, launching, and scaling campaigns.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale PPC budgets and driving significant revenue for e-commerce or D2C brands.
  • Expert-level mastery of the paid search ecosystem, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Pmax.
  • Leadership experience in developing and mentoring high-performance PPC teams.
